HIIT the Dance Floor is a 2 week program that will keep you moving, sweating and having fun the whole way through! Whether you’re a seasoned Level Up member looking for a new challenge, brand new to the program, or simply just need to reset your fitness routine this is a great fit!
This program consists of 10 total workouts - 5 per week. Each workout is around 30 minutes each to make it easy to fit into your day.

A variety of dumbbells + yoga mat.
