HIIT the Dance Floor is a 2 week program that will keep you moving, sweating and having fun the whole way through! Whether you’re a seasoned Level Up member looking for a new challenge, brand new to the program, or simply just need to reset your fitness routine this is a great fit!


This program consists of 10 total workouts - 5 per week. Each workout is around 30 minutes each to make it easy to fit into your day.


Equipment that you need:

A variety of dumbbells + yoga mat.

In our resources tab, you will find an intro video that walks you through EXACTLY what to expect. You will also find a done for you calendar so that you know what workouts to do on which days throughout the program. There are also recommendations for nutrition and daily personal development.
