With over 100+ workout options and new workouts added every week, Level Up Dance Fitness is the perfect combination of Booty Shaking and Weight Training! We blend fun and easy to follow hip hop choreography with traditional exercise moves in our DanceHIIT songs. We also include weight training blocks to tone and sculpt from head to toe. AND it’s all to popular music you know and love, so you’re sure to have fun while you’re working hard!

Dance

We make cardio so much FUN with our easy to follow hip hop and jazz choreography that will keep you smiling and laughing throughout class. 

HIIT

We layer in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to create a fun and effective way to get your heart rate up and torch those calories.

Lift

We incorporate weight training to increase strength, muscular endurance and to sculpt and tone the entire body.
