New Program: HIIT the Dance Floor: 2 Week Program

HIIT the Dance Floor is a 2 week program that will have you moving, sweating and having fun every step along the way! Whether you’re a seasoned Level Up member, or trying it for the first time, this program is a perfect fit.

“Done For You” Monthly Calendar 

Not sure where to start? Here is a calendar to help you stay consistent! It suggests what workout type to do on which days to make it super simple to stay on track! 


One thing to note, are FREE STYLE Days. Free style days can consist of picking dance breakdown videos, repeating a workout, doing a newly added video (new content is added ever week). I would also highly encourage you to use this day to STRETCH and/or go for a walk!

Workout Styles

50/50:

50/50 workouts are exactly that - equal Dance HIIT to Sculpting ratio. You will alternate DanceHIIT and Sculpting Songs/Blocks. You need a set of dumbbells, a mat and water for most of these! You got this! 


Total Body Cardio:

Get that blood pumping and booty shaking! Total Body Cardio days have more Dance HIIT than Sculpting. Typically, you will do 2 DanceHIIT songs back to back followed by a 1-2 minute burner and end with a finisher! Have weights, a mat and water handy as always. Let's get it!!


Sculpt and Tone:

Let's get toned, y'all! Sculpting days are when we do 4+ Sculpting blocks, followed by a DanceHIIT finisher. You need a set of weights, a mat and water. 


LIVE!!: 

These are shorter, pre-recorded versions of our LIVE Classes! What makes these unique is that we walk through each of the choreography groups BEFORE diving into to the songs. This gives you an opportunity to learn the moves before we start!  


Dance Breakdown: 

Breakdown days are some of my favorite days! This is where we break down the choreography to 1-2 Dance HIIT songs. We break down every piece of Choreography so that you are ready to go when the song starts!!!
