Equipment that you will need: You will need a variety of different sets of weights (between 5lb-15lb dumbbells) and a yoga mat.

Daily Nutrition and Personal Development Recommendations
Nutrition Recommendations:
Drink your water!!!! 64 oz every day.
Eat something green with every meal (eat those veggies!)
Consume 85% of your body weight in grams of protein.
Daily Personal Development:
5 minutes of silence or meditation
Write down 1 positive thing that happened that day, and one goal you have for tomorrow. AND TRACK IT!!
